Then you send a booking request. We forward it to the marina, which confirms availability and rate itself. You only pay once the marina agrees.

Can I change or cancel a booking?

Yes, from your booking in the app or via the link in your confirmation e-mail. The marina sees the change immediately; cancellation terms differ per marina.

How booking a visitor berth works

Pick a marina, your arrival and departure dates and your boat length. At marinas that work with Floatly you see right away whether there is room and book on the spot; at other marinas you send a booking request that we forward, and the marina confirms.

You pay the berth fee to the marina, per metre of boat length per night, with iDEAL, Apple Pay or card. Floatly charges boaters no markup. At a marina without online payment you settle on arrival.

After booking, your visitor berth is in the Floatly app, with your berth number once the marina assigns it, and you can message the harbour master if you arrive late or have a question.
